C&TSRR exciting times = icicles melting

This time of the year things across the street are not what most folks would call exciting. Something to remember is "There is always visitors coming to the yard and excitement is available if you are willing to look for it."

Chama is exciting year-a-round, in the Spring you can watch the grass grow, in the summer you can sit and watch the flowers grow, in the fall you can watch the leaves change colors & then comes winter and you can watch icicles & snow melt.

A visitor to the railroad showed up to watch me watch a icicle melt.

Nice stuff. Reminds me of my younger days as a photog when I was thinking of an album that would follow some river from its origins to the ocean....icicles would have been a great starting point because they make great pix. Thanks. You give this place a bit of class.

Thanks for them nice words John.

I guess I proved a lot of folks wrong when they think there is nothing to do in Chama other than the train. Year-a-round excitement is what we have to offer.

I agree that he or she probably does not score very high on the pretty scale.
